No patient is refused access to treatment on the basis of their sex, age, religion, ethnicity, sexual preference or medical condition.Service CommitmentFamily Care Medical Services strives to ensure the highest integrity and diligence of management and adherence to ethical business practice through advanced infrastructure to complement best practice service delivery. We strive to best practice in General Practitioner recruitment, induction, monitoring and ongoing support of all doctors.Continuous Quality ImprovementFamily Care Medical Services has an advanced continuous quality improvement program and is quality assured to the ISO:1902 QA standard.Family Care Medical Services holds accreditation certificates from AGPAL in accordance with the 3rd edition of the RACGP standards for General Practice. RedressFamily Care Medical Services management and medical directors are personally available for the resolution of all complaints.Accountability and AuditFamily Care Medical Services is accountable to the Royal Australian College of General Practice in respect of its compliance with the accreditation and audit of general practice and medical deputising.
