Patients can either call to request an after hours house call, or attend our clinic. The clinic, located in Logan, is operational with the assistance of the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing. To view a map of the clinic location in Queensland click here. We recommend that the following patients are bulk billed: Patients of subscribing GP's who are under 16, eligible concession card holders, Family Care Friendly Society members, nursing home residents and clinic patients. When booking a call, ask for a cost estimate.

Informed financial consent

There is a fee for the consultation if the patient does not attend to GP's who subscribe to the service.

Patients of subscribing General Practices that are concession card holders (i.e. pension, health care card, DVA gold card), a child under 16 years or a Family Care Friendly Society member or a nursing home resident will be bulk billed.

The minimum fee for a standard consultation after 6 pm is $175 and after 11 pm is $195. Medicare will refund $120.30 before 11 pm and $141.75 after 11 pm.

The fee for a hotel or site visit is $300. The Medicare rebate depends on the item number that is applicable.
