Family Care Medical Services strives to provide you and your GP with the very best after hours care and values patient concerns and suggestions.  However, on rare occasions, if a patient is dissatisfied with the standard of service received, complaints can be directed to Family Care Medical Services:  The Medical Director, Family Care Medical Services, PO Box 528, Spring Hill  QLD  4004.  Family Care Medical Services will respond to all complaints received.
